Please make sure to carefully review your order before finalizing it. It is very important that your name and shipping address are correct to ensure proper delivery. Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Defective or damaged items:
In the rare case you receive a defective product, we will send a replacement or offer a refund once the item is returned (handled on a case-by-case basis). You must contact us with a detailed description and photos of the damage. Please do not discard the item(s) unless instructed to do so.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to fully cover the cost of reshipping — equal to the original shipping amount paid at checkout. If the package is not returned to us, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement. We strongly advise double or triple checking your address before submitting your order. As a small business, we are unable to replace orders lost due to customer address errors.

Lost or stolen orders:
If your package is misdelivered by the postal service or stolen, we are not able to offer refunds. You will need to file a claim with your local postal service. If the item is not located within 7 days, the next step is to file a Missing Mail Search Request. Please also notify us so we can open a case on our end.

Shipping timeline and policy:
We usually fulfill orders within 7–10 business days after the order is placed. If your order contains pre-order items, additional time will be required to produce them. Estimated processing times are listed in the product descriptions. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Orders are printed and shipped from the United States (New Mexico) via USPS or UPS. Domestic shipping typically takes a few days. International shipping takes longer and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties for international customers.

Please note, once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Any returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unclaimed parcels will require a full shipping payment for redelivery.
