Yuri was never the bold, confident type. She was often found sitting in the library with her cute little glasses reading her manga quietly. She enjoyed the escape from reality it offered and often got so sidetracked she would be late for class. As she got older she struggled to find a job and make money but ended up finding the Vtuber part of social media. It was everything she wanted because she was able to hide behind a fake persona and make money.
Yuri quickly gained traction as her pure and innocent personality started to shine through. People loved how adorable she was when she got flustered or how she would accidentally be a big tease without realizing it.
FACTS ABOUT YURI
As much as she hated people, she loved nature and watching the cherry blossoms shed their leaves. One particular afternoon she was enjoying her manga under the cherry blossoms and fell asleep. She awoke to the sound of rustling leaves as the sun went down. Frightened she gathered her things and hurried towards home but the light sound of footsteps could be heard behind her. Out of fear she picked up her pace and so did the footsteps. Soon they were right behind her as she let out a scream and tripped to the ground. Out of the dark from under the fallen cherry blossom leaves, leaps a small fuzzy, cat who immediately snuggles into Yuri’s clevage for warmth. It’s cute little polydactyl paws look like they are giving the thumbs up.
Yuri brought the scruffy cat home and clean it up with a bath and fed it some food she picked up on her way. At first the little kitty was timid and would hide from her around the house. This made Yuri sad as she just wanted to spend time with the cute little fuzz ball. It wasn’t until one of her streams that the cat decided to warm up to her and sit right on her keyboard, turning off her Vtuber skin, exposing her true self to the world. In a panic she shut off her stream and curled up under her blanket to cry.
People preferred her real look over her Vtuber skin and wanted to see more of the cute purple haired beauty. As she looked at the cat, asking it what she should do, the little fuzz ball hoped off the bed and jumped up on her computer chair, spun around a few times then snuggled into the cushion and meowed at Yuri. It was like the cat was telling her to keep streaming.
Using the cat as a confidence booster she reluctantly turned on her camera and introduced her self and new best friend Yūki (meaning courage) to her followers and never looked back. Now she spends her days with her new best friend making cute, wholesome. And sometimes lewd content for her fans. Yuri has really come out of her shell and is now a popular Content Creator.
